As the Country Head of JLL Property Services (M) Sdn. Bhd, YY is responsible for the corporate real estate, research & consultancy and agency/brokerage operations in Malaysia.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, YY started her career in finance and accounting where she was a Finance Controller with a multinational company.
YY founded YY Property Solutions back in 1995 where she established her tenacious reputation as being one of the top real estate professionals in Malaysia. In 2014, Jones Lang LaSalle acquired a stake in YY Property Solutions. The company has since traded as JLL Property Services (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Quiny Lee

Quiny joined JLL in 2021 after returning to Malaysia from Berlin, Germany. She has a diverse working experience having held numerous leadership roles within Flexible Space Operators in Malaysia and Berlin.
Since joining JLL, Quiny has worked on multiple office set ups, tenancy renewal and ongoing project with several MNC Companies. Key cases identifying strategic cost savings, managing real estate transactions and aligning performance goals to companies' strategy and ensuring proactive real estate strategy & planning.

Shan Govindasamy
Senior Manager, Office Leasing Advisory
Shan’s key responsibilities lie within the MNC’s spectrum, mainly with global footprint. He is responsible for all their leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreement on the MNC’s behalf ensuring it’s aligned to their respective strategies and objectives.
Shan joined JLL in 2021, bringing along extensive leadership and management experiences from Flexispace Operators and the Banking Sector in Malaysia and Singapore.
Upon joining JLL he has been handling multiple transactions for MNC’s which includes, new office set-ups, tenancy renewals and relocations due to expansion/downsizing.

Sarah Lim
Manager, Office Leasing Advisory
With more than 8 years’ experience in real estate, Sarah’s responsibilities include representing multinational and local companies on their commercial real estate requirements such as expansion, relocation and lease renewals.
Sarah also serves her role as the Youth PR & Social Chair (2017 – 2019) in the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).

Asyraf Hassan

Asyraf’s primary responsibilities are assisting both Landlord and Tenant clients with office leasing transactions. This involves continuous liaison and negotiation with Landlords on behalf if corporate tenants of a diverse background, size and origin, continuously pursuing the best terms in relation to their tenancy.
Asyraf has a strong background in business studies. His previous work experience at Maserati Naza Italia also allow him to have a clear view in engaging with corporate clients.
